Let’s BREATHE together.  Our lives are so commonly non-stop “go-go-go” that we often forget to pause and just be.  This class is designed to allow you to do just that.  Here there is no judgement –  just MOVE and EXPERIENCE.  Learn where you are tight or out of balance.  Play with being OK with “what is”.  We cannot be in control of everything… learning to let go of what we cannot change, is the first step to finding peace within ourselves… let’s start with our bodies.

Get “amped” up and ready to sweat.  This class is designed to ignite your inner fire and keep you burning fat long after your workout is over.  Different training modalities will be used to keep your body responding.  Crush calories, incinerate fat, work and tone your muscles all while working foundational movements that will strengthen your core to help you feel and perform optimally!

You asked, we supplied.  This class is a 30 minute booty lifting, leg sculpting and core conditioning workout.  The intention of the class is to hit those targeted areas quickly and effectively, and be done.  Squats, lunges, planks… your muscles will thank you for the attention.

REV UP your Metabolism!

Take your strength training to the next level with techniques that enhance movement performance and functionally challenge every muscle in your body, especially your “power center”.  Learn how to effectively perform multi-joint and multi-plane exercises to maximize your workout output in the least amount of time. Our goal is to help you build more muscle so that you’ll burn more fat at rest.

Get a KNOCKOUT, total body WORKOUT!

Learn easy to follow, multi-level, multi-skill drills inspired from both kickboxing and mixed martial arts.  Get the benefits of “fight” training without the physical contact. Say hello to your strongest, leanest and toughest body… but remember, you’ll have to “fight” to get there.

Experience an amazing fat burning, amped up, easy to follow, cardiovascular and muscular strengthening workout!  We offer an abundant of formats, each designed to target the body in a unique way – steady state training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), tabata, core and more.  Come join our drill sergeant for an hour and meet some new comrades.

Motivating music and continuous movement patterns ensure that our cardio class is packed with enough variety, and just the right amount of intensity options, to make the workout “just right” for YOU… Did I mention FUN? 

 

ZUMBA

Party Yourself Into Shape!

Move to music rhythms from around the world.  Be prepared to maximize you calorie burn while bringing some FUN into your training.  No dance experience is required, but we do recommend that you bring a whole lot of atttitude and leave your inhibitions at the door.
