Please click on the links above to get a copy of the Fall/Winter Schedule effective November 14th, 2011 and/or a copy of NRG 4 Life class descriptions.
Please be advised that there will be NO CLASSES on Friday November 11th due to the Rememberance Day holiday, however, the class on Saturday morning will run as per usual.
Please note that we have added a YOGA-FUSION class on Wednesday mornings. Our new schedule will go into effect AFTER the long weekend on November 14th, 2011.
